Missed a single dose: Take as soon as remembered unless close to next dose; never double up without consulting pharmacist

Took wrong dose: Contact pharmacist or physician immediately

Medication looks different: Do not take; contact pharmacy to verify (generic changes are common)

Prescription ran out: Contact pharmacy for emergency supply

Ezra accessed medications: Call Poison Control immediately: 04-854-1900

Forgot if dose was taken: Check organizer compartment; if unsure, skip rather than double (consult doctor for critical meds)
