Visitor becomes aggressive or tries to force entry: Move away from door, call 100, go to interior room with phone.
Accidentally opened door to suspicious person: Say 'I need to get something' and close/lock door; call 100.
Visitor refuses to leave after being declined: Call 100; do not engage further; document.
Let someone in and feel unsafe: Make excuse to leave room, take Ezra, call 100 or trusted neighbour.
Break-in attempt after declined entry: Activate alarm if available, call 100, move to safe room with phone.
