First aid for hypothermia (body temperature below 35 degrees C) through gradual rewarming, starting with the torso. Apply when: Person shows signs of hypothermia: shivering, confusion, pale/cold skin, fatigue, slurred speech, muscle rigidity, or loss of consciousness after cold exposure. Body temperature below 35 degrees C (95 degrees F).
