Heatstroke & Heat Exhaustion

Assessment and first aid for heat exhaustion and heat stroke in adults, including recognition, cooling, and escalation to emergency services. Apply when: Person showing signs of heat-related illness after prolonged heat exposure or physical exertion in hot conditions. Signs include heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea, confusion, hot dry skin, or loss of consciousness.
