Guest arrives intoxicated: Do not admit; offer to arrange transportation home. Check in next day.
Guest becomes tearful and upset: Offer comfort, listen, provide tissues and tea. Gently suggest professional resources.
Guest begins escalating (raised voice, agitation): Stay calm; use de-escalation; suggest ending visit. Discuss with partner after.
Guest makes concerning statements about self-harm: Take seriously; ask directly; provide ERAN 1201. Follow up within 24 hours.
Guest threatens violence: Remove Ezra immediately; call 100. No future home visits.
Guest refuses to leave: Repeat firmly; call partner for support; call police if necessary.
Guest has mental health crisis (psychosis, dissociation): Keep everyone safe; do not argue with delusions; call 101 for medical assistance.
