First aid response for adult electrocution or electrical injury, emphasising scene safety, power disconnection before any contact, CPR readiness, burns assessment, and mandatory hospital evaluation. Apply when: When an adult has received an electrical shock from any source: household appliances, power lines, industrial equipment, lightning. Signs include burns (entry/exit wounds), loss of consciousness, muscle spasms, breathing difficulty, cardiac arrest, confusion, or the victim being visibly in contact with an electrical source.
