Troubleshooting (8)
Smell of burning or visible sparks: EMERGENCY — evacuate, do not touch panel, call Fire 102 then IEC *103.
Breaker keeps tripping immediately after reset: Stop resetting — electrical fault present. Call licensed electrician (Chashmalai).
Cannot locate electrical panel: Check entrance area, storage closets, or ask building vaad/neighbour.
IEC phone line busy: Try the IEC app or website; outages often overload the call centre.
Ezra overheating in summer outage: Strip to diaper, lukewarm cloth on forehead, extra water/milk, go to a location with AC.
Ezra cold in winter outage: Multiple thin layers, sleep sack, skin-to-skin contact, consider going to heated location.
Food in fridge/freezer spoiling: If in doubt, throw it out — especially baby food, dairy, and meat.
Phone battery dying: Power down non-essential devices, use power bank, go to a powered location if urgent.
