Diaper leaking: Check fit; try size up; ensure leg cuffs are pulled out

Rash worsening: Increase change frequency, more cream, more air time; call doctor if not improving in 3 days

Baby won't stay still: Give a distraction toy; change on floor for safety; stay calm and be quick

Ran out of supplies: Soft cloth and water works in an emergency

Rash has pus, blisters, or fever: See doctor — may need prescription treatment
